Volunteer this Saturday at the People’s Portable Garden!

Where: Wasatch Community Gardens’ People’s Portable Garden, 900 S 200 W, Salt Lake City

When: Saturday, Jul. 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

What: An opportunity to help your community and learn about gardening! Come on out to the People’s Portable Garden this Saturday to be a part of this fun volunteer event. Please bring a water bottle, hat and sunscreen, and wear clothes that can get dirty. We’ll provide a snack. No prior gardening experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Please note: this volunteer event takes the place of the regularly scheduled volunteer event at the Grateful Tomato Garden. That event is cancelled. Please come to the People’s Portable Garden instead!

For any questions, call Brit Merrill, community gardening and volunteer coordinator at 801-359-2658 x11. Hope to see you there!
